CONSTRUCTION INFORMATION

Construction of Flushing Commons, which will be overseen by the highly-regarded Tishman Construction group, is expected to begin in the spring of 2014. The initial phase of construction will begin with the underground garage, which will serve as the foundation of the two high-rise buildings of Phase 1 – an office and residential condo tower. The office tower is planned for late 2016/early 2017 completion and the residential tower is expected to be completed in early 2017 (again, with 1,144 parking spaces available onsite at all times throughout construction).

As part the development team’s ongoing commitment to minimizing construction impacts and keeping the local community as updated as possible, regular construction updates (including traffic changes, street closings, etc.) will be posted on this site.
